ExitMySolarContract.com is an informational and lead-referral platform that connects homeowners who believe they were misled during the solar sales process with third-party specialists, including consumer-protection attorneys and cancellation consultants. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Information on this Service is provided for general informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Submissions and Consent to Be Contacted
When you submit information through our quiz or any form on the Service, you consent to be contacted by us and by our vetted third-party partners (including attorneys and cancellation specialists) by telephone, SMS/text message, or email at the contact information you provide, including through the use of automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at david@gopipelinedigital.com.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
